Brian Galati, president and CEO of Capacity LLC, will introduce his new concept, Draft Tavern and Urban Grille (Draft) in Chicago’s Jefferson Park/Galdstone neighborhood. Whether patrons come to enjoy the bar, the food, hangout with friends or catch a sporting event, Draft promises to put a contemporary spin on the neighborhood bar concept.

“I predict that Draft will reinvent area night life,” said Galati. “Come get food, get drinks, get sports, get drafted”.

Draft will employ an innovative approach to serving traditional draught beer by offering several custom combination’s and flavor balances. Some mixtures include fruit juices, other draught beers, and flavored liquors as a supporting cast to many of your favorite draught beer classics.

The menu will feature many dishes that incorporate draught beer into their recipes. Draft morphs the matter-of-fact flaire of a downtown bar with the welcoming demeanor of a unique neighborhood hangout….
